Transportation
Members call the office to request transportation to medical appointments and for social events and daily needs.

Patient Advocacy
Our patient advocate visits people after surgery, accompanies patients to medical visits, and assists with questions, regarding e.g., medical billing and insurance.

Home Repair Help
Our maintenance coordinator carries out an annual free home safety assessment. A Home Safety Inspection Form helps the member identify fall risks.
Social Opportunities
Members come together for a variety of social gatherings, such as brown bag lunches with outside speakers, meals in local restaurants, annual picnic, and end-of-year dinner. Small groups walk together, and individuals attend local events such as Music Under the Elms and Metropolitan Opera viewing. Transportation may be provided.

Neighbor-to-Neighbor Relationships
Member volunteers perform wellness checks, maintain regular phone and email contact with one another, and help out with visits and services in times of need.
